As previously advised, please be reminded that the Student Fees generic email accounts (i.e. Edgewoodfees@ukzn.ac.za, Howardfees@ukzn.ac.za, Medschfees@ukzn.ac.za, Westvillefees@ukzn.ac.za, and Pmbfees@ukzn.ac.za) were closed permanently on 6 September 2024.
To send your query to Student Fees, please go to https://freshdeskportal.ukzn.ac.za and click on the “Submit a ticket” tab which is located at the top-right corner of the page. Select “Student Fees” from the drop-down menu on the page. Fill in the required fields and click on the Submit button once completed.
Please note that queries sent to the above-mentioned email accounts will NOT be dealt with as these accounts are closed and not accessible.
