These are the requirements for International clearance. (Please note that certification of the below documents must be no longer than 3 months)
Requirements for full time students in possession of a Study Visa (Full time students who reside in south Africa for the sole purpose of studies)
- ISO Form
- Valid Passport (Certified Copy)
- Valid Study Visa (Certified Copy)
- Proof of a valid Comp Care or Momentum Medical Health Cover (12 months cover)

Requirements for a distance learner (If the student will not be residing in South Africa for the duration of their study)
- Valid Passport (Certified Copy)
- A notarised affidavit before a commissioner of oaths in your home country declaring that the student will be studying from outside of South Africa
- A letter from your Supervisor or a letter from your respective college office confirming that the student will not be residing in SA and that teaching and learning will be conducted virtually online.
Requirements for an International part time students in possession of a work Visa (students who are in south Africa to work and study part time)
- ISO Form
- Valid Passport (Certified Copy)
- Valid Work Visa (Certified Copy)
Requirements for students in possession of An Asylum Seeker or Refugee status
- ISO Form
- Valid Passport (Certified Copy)
- Valid Asylum seeker or refugee permit (Certified copies)
Requirement for students In possession of a Permanent Resident Permit.
- Valid Passport (Certified Copy)
- Valid Permanent Residents permit (Certified Copy)
Students in possession of an ID book (Green Book) need to submit a certified copy of the ID Book.
NOTE. Students must make sure that all documents are sent in ONE email with a completed ISO form. (please find Attached)

Students must proceed to finance to settle their registration fees. international levy, student levy and previous years fees if any.
Students may proceed to their respective college in order to register their Module for the semester.
